Commercial terms
| Minimum order | Set per reference, not per order. A mixed container usually reaches it across several families. |

| Incoterms | FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, CFR or CIF to your port. We can also hand the cargo to your own forwarder. |
| Payment | Agreed in the quotation for each order, together with the Incoterm. |
| Lead time | Quoted line by line before you commit, because it depends on stock at the plant and on volume. |
| Samples | Can be requested for a new reference before the order. Cost and courier are set in the quotation. |
| Packing | Wooden reel or coil for rope, drum or carton for chain, carton on pallet for hardware. Export packing for sea freight, with your marks if you send them. |
| Documents | Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the mill test certificates of the lot. |
| After the shipment | Photographs of the loaded goods and the inspection sheet stay on file, so a claim can be traced to its lot. |
